What does E.P.A.-registered mean to me?

If they are E.P.A.-registered, they are environmentally safe, and label instructions give the proper application instructions for the product.

When will you be back again?

The Service Agreement indicates the service day when you are to be serviced next.

How will the structure be treated?

The Inspection Report, which is part of the Service Agreement indicates treatment method.

Is your Dominion Pest Control representative qualified?

Yes, they are all certified (State Licensed) and have a minimum of seven years experience to qualify for employment with Dominion Pest Control.

When you do the service should we leave, and does it smell?

No to both. The only things that emit any odors are liquids and aerosols, and these are rarely used in a structure (except for pantry pests).

Do you go from room to room spraying baseboards and windows?

No, there is a design to the treatment to each structure, and is called Integrated Pest Management (I.P.M.) which simply stated means we treat for the target pest in the location mentioned in the Inspection Report.
