Founded in 1998 by D. W. Tevis, who after spending 20 years in the extermination industry, wanted to do business in a different way.  Therefore, the activity of the company is run by a "Mission Statement".  What is a mission statement?  It is a code of conduct, in which a business entity does business. The "Mission Statement" hinges on three words: Price, Quality, Integrity.
